Huskie National Qualifiers- FCCLA

These are my students!  We chartered a student organization 3 years ago, with the goal to compete at the State Level.  Who would have thought that we would win at States our first time out, taking Gold medals and earning a spot at the National Competition in Nashville. My  FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America) has been raising money (selling brownies) and supporting ourselves through every level of competition this year.  We need some help now!  We need to fundraise for this trip!  My students will present their project, which was to develop a high protein snack for after workouts. They developed a protein pancake, that is sold frozen. They tested their prototype with students and collected data via google form.  They worked every aspect of entrepreneurship, marketing, and product and package development, and then presented like professionals.  If you'd like to donate, please donate here.  This is a life changing event for these students.  It will change what they see as possible for themselves, changing how they set their goals.  Any amount will help and is welcomed!
