Baby Fox's Get Better Fund
My newborn son Fox Gryphon Judas was born with cysts in his lungs, a non functioning lower right lung lobe, and a kidney in his hip.
He has had jaundice so bad he's been hospitalized.
Currently he is in the University of Iowa Hospital Pediatric ICU struggling to breath because he caught RSV (Respiratory syncytial (sin-SISH-uhl) virus, or RSV, is a respiratory virus that infects the lungs and breathing passages). What would give us adults flu-like symptoms, can be life threatening in little bodies, especially ones with weakened lungs like our boy due to his CCAM.
He's had doctors and nurses crowding his bed three times in the last two days to get him to breath.
Right now we're traveling an hour to the hospital, paying for parking, lunches for ourselves and our other sons, and it all adds up.
We gave him a strong name because he's been through so much, and he needs a little extra help.
Thank you for even reading this. Your well wishes and prayers mean a lot.
