Germeens Road to Remission

On August 25th, 2015 my wife Germeen was diagnosed with Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer! Our lives changed over night!!! It was extremely tough, not only for us, but for all of our loved ones!
On September 24th, 2015 we found out the cancer metastasized to the lungs! This meant that the cancer was in Stage 4 or concidered Advanced. Also, extremely aggressive. The news was just as hard as the breast diagnoses! Turned our harder when we figured out what metastasized actually meant!
She started Chemotherapy on September 25th. She was blessed to be admitted into City of Hope. She is on Carboplatin and TaxOl! The treatment is "indefinite" according to the doctors. Metastasized Triple Negative Breast Cancer is not curable and will remain in her body. There is no true Complete Remission!
The emotional and financial burden of surviving breast cancer is a challenge, to say the least, at any stage of life, but at only 24 years old it seems even more unfair that Germeen is going through this. Only 1% of breast cancer patients are under 25. Germeen is the most fun loving, caring, bravest, smartest, toughest, ambitious, selfless, best cook, and all around greatest wife. Germeen deserves and needs our love and support now more than ever.
This is where you come into play. The medical bills continue to add up and we are reaching out to our amazing and supportive network of family and friends to help, in any and every, shape and form. Any donation is greatly appreciated and will be a huge help to Germeens Road to Remission during the next few months.

~Housekeeping (Apartment needs be sanatized, because her immune system is shot!
