Emergency funding 4 Gil

I'm Gil James Bavel.  I'm a writer, editor and soon to be publisher--I'm raising money because I'm  in serious financial trouble.  My physical and mental health are deteriorating rapidly.  I left work on short term disability caused by a debilitating chronic pain issue that initially presented in my lower back.  It started as a herniated, bulging disc* that impinges the nerve roots, so now, in addition, I have sciatica in both legs, and I'm in pain almost all the time.    Suffice it to say that I hit the nuerological problem lottery.  :)

 I've also got ADD, ADHD and I'm OCD, which means I have problems with focus--I have five things going at once, and I get lost in the details of each one!  I even forget I was going to start a list and when I remember, I can't remember what was going to be on the list.

I suffered an "involuntary separation" from my job of 4+ years (I was fired) on 4/27/17, and my last paycheck was in May (for 28 bucks).  My FMLA has long been used up.  I'm reduced to selling what I can,  and raising emergency funding online.
