Well, as the job on Geraldine’s bathroom disaster progresses, your help is now needed more than ever.  The damage from the plumbing leak is even more extensive than originally thought.  Basically, that entire section of the house must be rebuilt.  Your financial help in any amount is so greatly appreciated.
