File770 Snark in the Park

This campaign is for Filers to raise money to sponsor a park bench near the river in the Worldcon Fan Village at MidAmeriCon II in Kansas City, MO from August 17-21, 2016.
$550 has gotten us a bench with a plaque, a mini-garden around it, and a sign for our area. Another $165 will get us another plaque, $220 will get us another bench with a plaque, and $1100 will get us TWO mini-parks!
All funds raised (minus GoFundMe fees), regardless of the amount, will go to sponsor the MidAmeriCon II Fan Village.
All sponsors will get their names/nyms published (unless otherwise desired) in a File770 post when the campaign is complete, and photos will be posted for those of you who can't make it to Worldcon!
The sooner we hit the fundraising the goal, the more likely we will be able to reserve one of the benches.
