Faerie Cookbook & Spoutwood Farm!

Fabularia, a favorite on the Fae scene for over 20 years, has written the one and only The Official Faerie Cookbook for all the Fae to enjoy!

And the best part is that this fundraiser will help get the book published, AND will also help support Spoutwood Farm in Glen Rock, PA!

The Official Faerie Cookbook is a treasure trove of Fae culinary delights, with over one hundred recipes!  Many of the recipes are inspired by the amazing dishes I have tasted at the May Day Fairie Festival at Spoutwood Farm and other Faerie Festivals up and down the East coast. The book will be professionally edited and published. The cover art and interior illustrations will be created by a professional artist.

The best news is that 10% of all funds donated (not just profits, 10% of ALL funds) toward this book project will go to support Spoutwood Farm!  Spoutwood Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational farm, and a resource for all those interested in natural farming methods. Its CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) garden was started 20 years ago, and grows enough food using organic methods on just 3 acres to support 100 families. Every year Spoutwood hosts The May Day Fairie Festival, transforming the farm into a Fae paradise! I have chosen to use part of the funds raised for publishing the book to help support Spoutwood, as a way of “giving back” for all the wonderful years I have spent there!

How Can YOU Help?

Publishing the book and supporting Spoutwood takes capital, and that is where YOU come in. The best way is for you to pick a level and pledge your support in exchange for rewards.

Multiple Book Formats

 ·         Softcover Book – This is the standard cookbook offered starting with the $35 pledge level. It will be a 7x9 perfect-bound softcover book. It will be signed by Fabularia (and the artist, depending on pledge level).

 ·         Hardcover Book (+$15 upgrade) – You can also get a hardback cookbook, perfect for extra-heavy kitchen use! It will be a 7x9 hardcover book. It will also be signed AND NUMBERED by Fabularia (and the artist, depending on pledge level). To get your softcover book upgraded to hardcover, simply add $15 to your pledge for any level that includes a book, and include a note that you would like a hardback version.

What the Funding Will Cover

We've done the math, and we have come up with a total cost to meet expenses and a donation to Spoutwood farm. The funding will cover:

·         10% Goes to Spoutwood Farm

·         Professional Editing and Artwork

·         Formatting and Layout Expenses

·         Printing the Book

·         Shipping to Customers

·         GoFundMe, Amazon, and other Associated Fees

Timing

YOU NEED TO ACT QUICKLY!!
This fundraising project will only run for 30 days!!!  Our publishing deadline is March 2016!  We need to get this book to the printer quickly, so Spoutwood Farm can receive their donation by this year’s Fairie Festival in May 2016, and you can receive your rewards!

Estimated delivery for all reward items is June 2016.
