Esther's Breast Cancer Recovery

In 2013, Esther was diagnosed with (MS) Multiple Sclerosis and instantly began treatment. In September 2015, she was medically cleared and no longer needed treatment.
In March of 2017, after going through a biopsy due to a concern with a lump on her breast, Esther was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS). She was told by her doctor that it would be a simple procedure and that removing the tissue would be enough. However, after following up with a specialist, she learned the tumor was large and she would need to undergo a mastectomy.
Next week, on May 16, 2017 Esther will have a mastectomy and will have a skin expander placed. After this procedure, she may need radiation due to the size of the tumor. 8 weeks later she will have a DIEP flap which is a type of reconstructive surgery that uses your own skin and fat to your chest to reconstruct a breast.
Esther is 32 and radiates joy and strength everywhere she goes. Those of you who know Esther know that she is not one to ask for money in anyway. She is the first to help anyone in need and will go above and beyond to put others before her. Throughout this journey Esther has remained strong and faithful in Christ. I was with her when she was diagnosed and I could not believe how strong she was (the doctor had to console me more than her).
She will be out of work for atleast 8 weeks and this fundraiser aims to help her in any medical and living expenses she will have so that she can focus on recovering without the worry of finances. If you would like to donate, any amount will go along way.
