Emotional Support Animal for Scott

MY STORY
Hello, My name is Scott. I am in need of a emotional support animal. Me and my doctor think it's a great idea for me to get one. I have Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder and Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I would like to purchase a puppy that will be my  Emotional Support Animal. I  would like an F2 pomsky.  The breed stay's moderately small so this would accommodate my living arrangement. Having an Emotional Support Animal  will help me progress out of my mental illnesses without relying on med's the whole step of the way. I am waiting to get on ODSP also known as Ontario Disability Program, so I can get coverage for these meds. At the moment because I have no coverage my doctor can't give me the med's I need.  The meds I take are called zoloft, I have been taking them since December of 2016.  Two months ago I became immune to the medication. So now they're pretty much useless and i'm back where I started. My mental health has been hard to deal with since this happened. I feel like an outcast and that everything I do is alway's one big mistake. My doctor cant provide different medication until I recieve coverage. So  having a Emotional Support Animal will help me progress without them.  Besides that an Emotional Support Animal will give me responsibility and also get me outside more because I am always isolated in my room.  I also have undeveloped social skills, so being outdoors will put me around other people.  My lifestyle has been like this since I was 12 years old and now i'm 22,  so being able to have a Emotional Support Animal  would mean the world to me because I will be able to move along with my life, instead of being held back by my mental health.

What my mental illnesses do to me
My mental illnesses make it hard for me to function as a normal citizen.  My generalized anxiety keeps me isolated in my room, makes me feel paranoid and I have bad social skills because I freeze up when someone tries talking to me, I won't look them in the face. The reason why I don't look them in the face is because of my body dysmorphic disorder. The mental illness make's me imagine flaw's of myself that don't exist  so I get emotionally distressed over it to the point I will not believe anyone who say's I look normal. My panic disorder usually kick's in when i'm emotionally distressed and I start to gag. I usually never puke but my stomach goes through a lot of pain. This also makes me light headed and takes alot of energy out of me. I also have started to get motion sickness in cars when I get emotionally distressed. I get violent episodes of motion sickness to the point I have to step out of the car and walk home.  Sometimes I lose my self awareness because of how sick I feel. An Emotional Support Animal would help comfort me in these time's of distress so I won't need to go through this alone anymore.

Why specifically a pomsky
Bowtie Pomsky will be working with me to find the right puppy that will be suitable as an Emotional Support Animal. I specifically wan't a pomsky because the breed is my ideal Emotional Support Animal. I also don't own much thing's that I can call mine, so having a pomsky would make me feel happy knowing I have something I truly want since I never get to experience that feeling.  Nonetheless I know a rescue dog could provide the same happiness but with how strict my parent is about getting a dog, she would not allow me to get one.

Cost
I will be purchasing a pomsky from Bowtie Pomsky because they will be prioritizing  me when I am ready to purchase a puppy. I also will be using the money to financially support the dog like buying food, toys, and going to the vet. I will also be training the dog to comfort me in times of emotional distress with a trainer from BarkBusters.

How do we know you're genuine?
gofundme provides a service that lets you message me.  So If you're serious about donating but feel skeptical, I can give you my doctors phone number so you can speak to her about my wellbeing. This number will directly let you speak to the center I go to and my doctor.  Besides that I will also be setting up a tumblr page once I get the puppy so I can update everyone who donated on his progress with growing as a puppy and helping me.

Thank you for anything you can do to help me get an Emotional Support Animal.
