Be a SUPERHERO to Dynamic students
Dynamic Community Charter School is the first and only middle and high school in North Carolina specifically serving students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are tuition-free and accept students regardless of diagnoses or degree of disability. Our students are our superheros because they overcome challenges in their everyday lives.
We opened last August and our students are learning, growing, and thriving; they LOVE Dynamic Community! We've dared to leap to new bounds, to put our students first in their school. Our new model of educating our exceptional students is based on project based learning, meets the student at their level and better supports their emotional health.
We are under threat of closure due to inadequate funding for our exceptional students. Our theory is simple, for a small additional investment in each student's education, our students will excel. Instead of being given an opportunity to prove our model, we have been targeted for closure by the State Board of Education.

Now YOU can be a Superhero by donating to Dynamic Community! Our school, our students and our Dynamic Community families THANK YOU!
It is so heart warming and inspiring to see the love, support and generosity of so many. I know that God is at work in this place and in the lives of those that are touched by it. May God be forever praised for all He is doing and has yet to still do!! #GODhasthepowertosave
DCCS has transformed my son from a potential high school drop out to a student who wants to go to college to become a teacher! This is just one of many DCCS success stories. Thank you for your support of our current and future students!
Thank you so much for the support. I am the lead administrator at Dynamic. It is an amazing place for these special students. Your gift will help keep our school open and allow for more kids to find a place to learn and make friends where they are accepted without judgement. Thank you again.
