Dugan's Disney Vacation Fund

My name is Ken Moore.  I am Dugan Nelles' stepfather and he is fighting a brain tumor for the second time in his life.  His first occurance was at three years old and he beat it.  After seventeen years of being cancer free, this past November, he was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme.  Its likely cause is the radiation which helped saved his life almost two decades ago.

Two weeks ago, after an MRI check up and two months after proton radiation and chemotherapy, the cancer is spreading rapidly.

After asking him if there's anything he'd like to do if he could do anything, he named two things: a car show and Disney World.

We're setting up a car show for him and we're working on getting him to Disney.  I don't like to ask for help, but my wife quit her job to take care of Dugan full time and we've already spent everything and then some to take care of him and to get him through this comfortably.  My goal in setting up this campaign is to get him to Disney and enjoy the time he has, comfortably and happily, with his family.
