Medical Bills & Car for Dillon

Donation protected
On September 3, 2017, Dillon and his dad were driving home and unexpectedly, they were cut off by a car trying to beat them getting off the highway onto the ramp. To try to avoid an accident, Dillon's dad swerved and hit the median, causing their car to flip a few times and land on the nose of the car. Dillon was hanging in his seat by the belt but was badly injured; severing his spinal cord causing him to be paralyzed from the waist down. He has had numerous surgeries, including spinal cord repairs/stabilization, surgery to repair several facial fractures and having part of his intestines removed due to blockage.

Dillion's life, as well as his family's life, has changed drastically. Dillon's dad has had numerous surgeries on his leg and they have lost the family car.

This is a campaign to help Dillon's family get a full size Chev/GMC SUV to be able to have a vehicle for Dillon's wheelchair to fit in and something they can grow in. Also, they have extensive medical costs. Dillon's mom has had to stop working to care for him and Dillon's dad is just starting to return to work.
Through all of this, Dillon and his family have incredible faith. Dillon has spent over a month in ICU & Rehab, and looks forward to going home soon. They know they have a serious story to tell and want to share it. Dillon does not want you to feel sorry for him but he and his family would appreciate your prayers.

Dillon's school is doing this fundraiser and we are asking if you would consider contributing to their incredible need. Although Dillon is insured, their medical bills are atrocious, their house needs to be remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair, the loss of a job to care for Dillon has left a huge financial hole, and ongoing costs continue to mount. If you would, please help us meet our goal of $100,000 to purchase a vehicle and put a dent in the medical bills.

In addition, we are soliciting your prayers and asking you to thank God for sparing the lives of Dillon and Dillon's dad! There is a great work to be doing and His will shall be accomplished.

Thank you.

St. Anthony
