More information about Literacy Coalition of Kokomo-Howard County, Inc.: We provide instruction and resources for adult students who need help with basic reading, math or language skills. We work with English Language Learners and adults who are preparing to take a high school equivalency test.

Josh and Shannon Spencer have been married for 5 years. They have 3 children Kayla, Karlie, and LeLand - two dogs Raven and Bella. 
 
Josh is a Special Education teacher for Maple Crest Middle school. Teaching 6,7,and 8 graders. He is also a former sprint car driver and owner. He has raced some for of a race car for over 20 years. In 2017,  he decided to retire from racing to focus on their son and his quarter midget car. Accomplishments: Bachelors in Science from Indiana University of Kokomo, All Pro Dads, Racing For Corey, Sportsmanship award, HARF Member, Special Olympics supporter.
 
Shannon Spencer is the Director of Ross Medical Education Center. She has her Master Degree in Public Adminstration and Health Care from Indiana University. She is a coach for FIT Kokomo. A member of advisory board for Samaritan Caregivers and Special Olympics supporter.

In the Spring/Summer you can find them being promoters for the Kokomo Speedway!
