Healthcare needs assessment

For the past 5 years I have had to battle with Devon Partnership Trust to get the health care I need to help with my complex mental health issues. This has now resulted in me seeking legal action against the trust. Conroys solicitors are representing me. 

My solicitor is trying his hardest to get me the therapeutic support I need to heal from over 24 years of sexual abuse perpetrated by my family. The psychological impact from the abuse is immense. Despite living with an enduring mental health ussue that impacts my every day life Devon Partnership Trust have discharged me and are offering nothing. The next stage with the legal action is for me to be assessed by a expert in my condition. The report by this expert will then be presented to Devon Partnership Trust by my solicitor with proposed actions. If no action is took then there will be a judicial review in the courts. 

My problem is the assessment cannot be covered by my current legal aid. This means I have to find £1800 to pay the Pottergate Clinic for the assessment. I do not have £1800 spare when I am meeting all my social care needs myself at the moment. And so this is why I have set up this page. 

I urgently need this assessment so I can get the help that I need. I’m hoping with the help of others I can have the much needed assessment sooner rather than later. This is because my mental health is continuing to deteriorate.
