Formation of our non-profit.

CrescentandFox.com ™ was created by the family and friends of Danny Morris, Nathan Crowson, and his daughter Kat. We all have one terrible thing in common - we are all victims of a drunk driver.
      On January 21, 2012, Nathan Crowson and Danny Morris were riding their bicycles when they were hit by a drunk driver. Nathan was killed instantly. He left behind his 5 year old daughter, Kat. Danny suffered extreme injuries to the lower half of his body. After multiple surgeries and years of physical therapy, he will be physically limited for the remainder of his life. 
      Immediately after Nathan's death, his best friends took his most iconic painting, "The Fox & The Crescent" and put it on tee shirts and stickers. These items were sold to raise money for his daughter's trust fund. They also realized that this was a great way to keep Nathan’s story alive so that his daughter could remember her wonderful father.
      Over the past five years, this project has grown into much more. CrescentandFox.com™ is our way to spread Nathan’s story through his art, raise money for Kat’s trust fund, and educate others about the perils and consequences of driving under the influence.
      Our goal with this fundraiser is to pay for the formation of our non-profit and recoup money we have already spent (attorney and accountant fees, website related expenses, and merchandise costs). 100% of the profits from CrescentandFox.com™ will go directly into Kat’s trust fund. All money donated to the non-profit (once it is legally established) will go to community education projects, MADD, and other victim organizations.
      Nathan was an extraordinary human being. He gave his all to everyone around him. We have struggled with the pain of his loss but now we have the opportunity to turn that around and help others. With your help, we can honor Nathan in the most beautiful way possible. And to those who loved him, your support is priceless.
