Cosmo's Emergency Surgery

Hello everyone I am Lorena and this is my cat Cosmo.  Cosmo is a one year old black cat who is extremely playful and whom appeared in my life a little over a year ago as a baby kitten in the doorstep of my mother in laws house.  I immediately took him in and fell in love with him and he joined my other two cats to be part of my family.  

Sadly, though, he was vomiting all over the house and I noticed he had lost some weight and I took him to the vet where I was informed he would need an ultrasound because something was happening in his abdomen.  Up until this moment I was worried but was hopeful he would be ok.  He went in for the ultrasound and I was informed his intestine was bunched up within itself and he would need surgery immediately.  

As I type this Cosmo is undergoing surgery and it is a very costly one, one i can not afford at the moment due to all my current bills.  I would not be asking for your help if it was not extremely necessary but I can not afford it and I can not afford to lose my little Cosmo, he is the heart of the house and losing him would be devastating.  

I have been given a few weeks to come up with the money thanks to the help of the vets at Oradell Animal Hospital (201-262-0010) in Paramus, NJ and thanks to them Cosmo is undergoing the surgery and hopefully he will be okay. 

I will keep you all updated on the status of Cosmo and how the surgery turned out, but I would like to thank every single one of you in advance for helping out and saving my little baby's life, it means the world to me.  THANK YOU!
