Stolen Color Blind Glasses

Last year for his 9th birthday and Christmas (12-22-08) all my then 8 year old son wanted was color blind glasses. Went to see Santa at Bass Pro & told him the same thing. Santa asked if that was all & he said yes, you can give all the presents I might get to kids that don't have as much as me.
That's the kind of boy he is. We set goals before each school year (that includes helping other students who struggle where he excels). He looks you in the eye, extends his hand and introduces himself the way a polite young person should.
He is also very responsible, which confuses me about the glasses. He's had them 11 months, wears them every day, there is not a single scratch on them, and he can help with artwork in the classroom instead of guessing.
Well, I'm out of work due to back surgery & my wife took unpaid leave to take care of me. Needless to say, Santa's stop here will be very quick! I've attached a picture of his glasses. I'd go purchase another pair but they are $270.00 a pair.
