Help for Col. Potter Cairn Granby

Granby has had one setback after another since arriving into the loving arms of his foster mom and Col. Potter but he has taken each one on like a champ! Due to severe and untreated dry eye, he has lost his vision. His eyes were infected and the flesh around them inflamed.  He started losing hair, leaving clumps trailing behind him and biting at himself. His eyes are being treated with drops to encourage tear productions and his allergies are under control with oral medication and medicated baths twice a week.  He is very cooperative when getting his frequent eye drops, and he takes his pill with no struggle.  He tolerates his medicated baths but enjoys the massage while we work the shampoo in for five minutes.

Granby proved right away how smart he was when he learned his way around the house even though he can’t see. He is a very friendly pup who is learning to trust people and starting to ask for attention and rides up onto the couch to sit with me. He gets along with the other animals and enjoys walks and rides in the car.

Now Granby has developed an ulcer on his eye and needs surgery to help it heal before it turns into something worse. He will also have a recently erupted tumor removed from his tail. This little guy is a real trooper. We are really hoping that he will heal quickly and be ready to move onto the forever home that he deserves so much.  Can you help provide the funds he needs to reach this goal?
