The Chudnow Museum of Yesteryear is like no other museum experience in Milwaukee. We offer our visitors the chance to learn from an incredible collection of artifacts proudly amassed over a lifetime by one man dedicated to preserving the material culture of Milwaukee during the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. The Museum offers a unique glimpse into the lives of residents and their businesseses in early 19th century Milwaukee.
Maintaining a museum like this takes passion, care, and of course financial resources. The Chudnow Museum was started with an estate gift of Avrum M. Chudnow, but the Museum now depends on the financial support of businesses, corporations, foundations, and people like you and me. As some of you might know, our affordable prices of admission cannot solely cover the many operating expenses. Donations are not only necessary for continuing to provide Milwaukee with a one-of-a-kind historical gem, but are also deeply appreciated.
