Chopin's tumor removal and biopsy

Hi there! I'm sure a few of you know my pup, Chopin; he's a happy little corgi who is going to be 9 years old at the end of the year and looks like a big potato.

Today after his walk, I noticed that Chop's paw was looking kind of funny, and upon further inspection there was a big red lump.
We took him to the vet and were told that it was in fact, a tumor :(
Fortunately there's a big chance that it isn't anything to worry about, but there is a chance of cancer so they wanted to do a biopsy.

The total for his vet bills will be around 800 dollars, which includes anesthesia, surgery, the biopsy, and after care. and well, it's a lot of money.

Anything you can spare will help immensely, and both Chopin and I will love and appreciate you forever. <3
