Just A Temporary Challenge!

Please note: This is not a scam. I originally created this page 2 years ago for a crisis I was facing. I collected some funds and then forgot about it. The following describes my current temporary challenge:
I lost my job about a month ago and have not been able to pay all my bills, including fixing a leak in my A/C unit. When the freon ran out I had no air conditioning. I wanted to go to a cooling shelter but discovered there are none that will let you bring your dog and I was not going to leave Duchess at home in the heat by herself. One thing led to another and WJBF interviewed me for a story on that issue. My heart was just to try to help the dogs, but many wonderful people have called the station wanting to help. One woman bought us a new window unit so we can make it through until the central unit is fixed. Several people have asked for a Go Fund Me page to donate to, so here it is. I believe this is a TEMPORARY CHALLENGE! God will lead me to the right job and I am studying to take the exam to get my permanent insurance license.
