Caddo Magnet HS Audio System

Our portable sound system has died. We are going to try and get it fixed, but it is very old. The need for portable audio on our campus has grown to the point that two systems are needed, even if we are able to get the old speakers working again. We would like to purchase a Yamaha STAGEPAS 600I Portable PA System, case, cables, and speaker stands.
The audio system will be used for pep rallies, assemblies in the gym, parent meetings, and for outside performances that Magnet started last year.
On Friday mornings, aspiring performers are able to practice and showcase their talent before school starts. The picture below is for an outside music festival put on by the students on a Saturday afternoon. We are very, very proud of this program. There are multiple stages set-up at one time. All proceeds from this festival go to buy school supplies and a backpack for disadvantaged younger students in the neighborhood via the Valencia Community Center. Over 100 backpacks filled with school supplies have been given out for the past two years.
So not only will this audio system benefit Caddo Parish Magnet High School, it will also have an indirect impact on over 100 additional elementary to middle school children. We are hoping to be back in operation with the Friday morning concerts in a couple of weeks. We are very thankful for any level of support you are able to give in order to make this happen!
