A Place To Lay Her Head

Educating the at risk girl child is a dream being realized at the Mother of Mercy Girls Secondary School in Lare, Kenya. And while the 300+ girls are thriving emotionally and intellectually, the space where they rest their heads is cramped - the classroom floors and school hallways serve as their sleeping quarters.

In July 2017, Commissioned by Christ (CBC) is traveling with 20 missionaries to Lare, Kenya to assist in the construction of dormitories and bathrooms to accommodate these girls. We have committed to raising $35K by June 15, 2017 to cover the cost of the necessary building supplies and materials.
