Brian Squier's Medical Bills

Donation protected
Wednesday afternoon my dad suffered a stroke. He was working at the time and thankfully had someone there to call 911. He was taken to St. Francis and they confirmed it was in fact a stroke. They did testing there and we were told he needed to be transported to St. Vincent to have surgery on a Carotid Artery that was 100% blocked. When he got there, they determined it would be too risky to perform surgery so they have him on medicine to slowly break down the clogging. As of right now he has little to no movement on his right side. He isn't speaking very well other than a few cuss words here and there when he gets frustrated of course! Lol! He seems confused and it's very hard to see him like this. We are currently waiting on some test results from a 3D CT scan and an Echo that we should know but the end of today. If you know my dad, then you know he is an active person that works outside everyday. This is going to be extremely hard on him. We are heartbroken for him and I feel helpless. It's hard not knowing what the future holds for him but I know how much of a determined, stubborn person he is so maybe his strength along with all of friends and family support will help him get to a full recovery. We love our dad and need him here with us for many more years! Thank you so much to everyone. We really appreciate the love and support.
