Brian Fallis' Cancer Treatment Fund

Donation protected
Christmas eve eve, while we were preparing to spend time with family and friends celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, Brian Fallis sent out a message on Facebook asking for prayers as he was in for the fight of his life.

On November 18th, Brian suffered from a strained muscle while working his full time job at EKU. On December 23rd, an MRI revealed a tumor on his spine that was concerning for cancer. Brian and his family called on their strong faith to celebrate Christmas with smiles on their faces, hope in their hearts and a belief that God is the Almighty Healer.

Brian is married to Cristy, a full time registered nurse.  Between them, they are raising 6 children.  She is taking off only when necessary (critical test results, etc.), juggling many responsibilities. Brian is physically unable work at this time due to the diagnoses and the pain that comes with that as well as all of the extensive diagnostic testing and specialists’ appointments that he is currently undergoing. They are looking at all the options available so that he can be afforded the best treatment as he is only 42 years young.

Following a chest CT scan and a lung biopsy, Brian suffered a partial collapsed lung. After a few days of hospitalization because of complications, it was confirmed that the primary source of cancer is the lung. Brian HAS NEVER SMOKED!  Even with a partial lung collapse, Brian and Cristy went to the hospital lobby where he sang the most beautiful, heartfelt rendition of Amazing Grace that I have ever heard—his faith was unshakeable.

Miracles do happen and with his faith, hope and positivity as well as the support of ALL of his family and friends, we can help make this journey more comfortable. Mounting hospital bills, insurance deductibles, time off work for he and his wife, a desire to make a trip to The Cancer Centers of America are all financially draining.

Please help us help this deserving family. Any and all donations are appreciated……..if your offer is prayer, they need all they can get.

We will update information as they see fit, this is their journey.

Now back to the video……I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
