Hi All,

My name is Nadia and I am raising money for a very brave and courageous little girl called Lilly-Anne.

Lilly-Anne is a three year old girl who was diagnosed with a birth defect known as Malrotation.  This is where the gut has not rotated properly during child birth.
Since 4 weeks old, Lilly-Anne has been in and out of hospital and now has a TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) tube where nutrients bypasses the digestive system which goes directly into the bloodstream, where they are absorbed.  Although undergoing extensive surgery to correct this, it failed, and now as well as having a TPN she was diagnosed as being unfeedable and also has a Gastrostomy and a Jejunostomy on drainage. She receives TPN 18 hours a day and receives her medication via a Hickman line everyday and requires nurses assistance 5 days a week.  Due to having so many wires constantly connected to her, as you can imagine this restricts are movements and daily routine, especially for a three year old who always wants to be active and do normal toddler activities such as playing etc.

Despite her condition and the amount of wires connected to her and medication she receives daily, she is a delightful, happy, normal and courageous little girl and despite the pain and restriction of movement, still manages to smile every day.

We are hoping to raise £3000 to help purchase her a special disability wheelchair which will have storage space for various medicines / feeding bags and parts where her tubes and wires can connect to.  This will enable her parents to transport her easily and safely to different locations especially to day out trips etc which they have not been able to do, due to constant hospital visits. Once the wheel chair has been purchased, we would very much like to spend any remaining funds on a day trip out to the seaside or to Chessington Zoo or something similar or even possibly a short holiday somewhere where Lilly-Anne will be able to have great fun and which will be an everlasting happy memory.

Ideally, we would like to purchase the wheelchair as soon as possible as this will help with the hospital trips she makes on a weekly basis.

This will mean so much to me, in order to help this inspirational and brave little girl in providing her with a  better quality life. I, Lilly-Anne and her family will be truly grateful as this will make such a difference in helping her mobility and getting to and from places especially to hospital and hopefully day trips out which she will love and enjoy so much.

Please help me to help Lilly-Anne and her family.  Every donation no matter how little or large will be very welcomed and greatly appreciated.

I will also be doing a Skydive at Headcorn in Kent on: 7th May 2017 at 2pm.  Please sponsor me to help raise funds for this cause.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

All the very best,

Nadia :)
