WWII Veteran Battlefield Return

For the last decade plus, NFL star Donnie Edwards has been returning to the front lines of WWII with Veterans who haven't been back since the fight for their lives and the freedom of the world, when many of them were just teenagers.
This opportunity allows some of our most celebrated heroes, America's 'Greatest Generation’, to finally, after all these many years, connect with their brothers-in-arms and gain a small amount of closure - for each and everyone of them lost brothers in the great war.
In 2019 - the Best Defense Foundation (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization) is returning to some of the most memorable battlefields from both the European and Pacific theaters, bringing back WWII Veterans to:
Holland (Battle of the Bulge)
Iwo Jima
Normandy (75th Anniversary of D-Day)
The Eagle's Nest (Germany)
We're so thankful for our loving and caring community - without them we wouldn't have been able to bring over 50+ Veteran's back to European battlefield's since our first Battlefield Return Mission in 2008.
Today we're asking you to join this caring community - our goal of $50,000 will allow the Best Defense Foundation to increase our program capacity - allowing more of our greatest heroes to experience this program - many of whom are in their mid to late eighties.
