We Need Help!

So my beautiful wife and I recently got married but have had the hardest time with with housing and transportation. We have been coming out of pocket due to medical reasons and it's to the point now that it is really hard to recover from the expenses. It's really stressful especially due to the fact that we live 2 hrs away from each other which becomes expensive in it's self going back and forth. I wish we were able to have a ceremony for our marriage but at the moment funds are nowhere near the amount even for something small. We have yet to really have some good quality as a married couple and still haven't been able to have our honeymoon. If we are able to knock out getting a vehicle soon it'll help with the transportation issue. Also if I can finally get to saving a good amount of money then I will be able to surprise her with a honeymoon!Any help is truly appreciated! Thank you.
