We are the VEX Robotics team #6645 at the ASK Academy, a Public Charter in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The ASK Academy is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) academy with a focus on Engineering and Biomedical Sciences. This year we qualified for the World Championship in Louisville, KY. Watch our winning round at this link:
( https://sites.google.com/a/theaskacademy.org/vex-team-6645/home ). At the World Championship, we will be competing against 500 other champion robotics teams from around the world.
Our school is known around the state for our robotics program; we have won three VEX State competitions, and qualified for four National and three World competitions. However, due to multiple budget cuts at the state level, our team needs to raise $7,500.00 to cover all the costs to attend the competition. Your contribution to our VEX team will be used to cover the expenses associated with traveling to and competing in the VEX World Championships on April 19th to April 23rd, 2017.
