Hi Everyone!
We are the team of Donna, Laurie and Lee. We started a non-profit organization, Advocates United for Humanity, to stop violence against all mankind and we need your help.
Each of us has faced tragedies in our lives. With time, vital support and Jesus Christ in our lives we learned to reach deep inside our souls for the strength and courage to begin healing. Through that healing, we found our way to use the atrocious events of our lives and the pain we felt to help us grow to become the women we are today. We stared terror and darkness in the eye, and won.
We know we will never be able to change the events of our pasts, but with all we have experienced; it gave us a resolve to help others so no one ever has to experience the pain and horror we did.
Our goal is no other man, woman, child or animal has to hurt, feel pain or be abused again.
What do we need the money for?
Our website and app is actually up and running and we are getting an amazing response with our new free app, but in order to apply for a tax-exempt status and place our programming into actions we need funding. We have several upcoming events that focus on bullying, child abuse, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, child id kits, care packages for homeless children and/or children in shelters help the homeless and more...
