Help Preserve AEVSD History!
Donation protected
As many of you know, the Amherst School District history project has been a passion of mine. I absolutely love everything about it, especially discovering new items (films, photos, artifacts, etc...) and sharing them with others.
It has, however, taken a toll on my bank account. The position is completely voluntary (which is TOTALLY fine-I do it because I love it), however there is not a budget. Therefore, I am looking for creative ways to acquire funding. The costs associated with everything are not outrageous, but there are certainly supplies that would be beneficial in the digitization and preservation of everything that comes in, including film scanners, cameras and other maintenance equipment, from moisture removal products to photo frames and mats.
To see some of the work that has been done thus far, check out www.amhersthistory.com
Thanks for reading!

*Please note that 100% of donations will be used directly toward the preservation of district history artifacts, including equipment used for digitization, storage and maintenance. This project is independent of the Amherst Exempted Village School District and its finances. I am completing this project as an independent volunteer. Amherst Schools Historical Preservation is registered as a domestic nonprofit through the state of Ohio.*
