Hope for Zack

Zack has been teaching English in Hungary for the past few months.  He has a big heart and a good soul.   A week ago,  he fell and sustained a severe brain injury.  He has undergone two brain surgeries, is currently in a coma and has been given a bleak outcome.  He risks infection, which may cause his death and the next 3 weeks are critical.  His brain swelling is extreme and is currently unchanged.  The doctors have done all that they can at this time and only time will tell.  My aunt has flown to Hungary to be by his side but is starting to run out of funds.  She would like to be able to stay with Zack during this critical time but is facing possibly having to leave and return later.  You can imagine how impossible it would be to leave your child behind in a foreign country while they lay on life support.  I couldn't do it. The next few weeks are very critical and if he survives, he will need to be transported home, which is costly in itself.  If he does not survive, it will still be costly to bring him home.  There will also be necessary rehabilitation and treatment that will be ongoing.  We are raising funds to help my aunt to be able to stay with her son in Hungary, to help fly a couple of family members there so that my aunt is not alone in this very hard time and to offset some of the medical expenses that will accumulate.  Anything, even $5 will help and we very much appreciate your prayers during this very difficult time.
