Reg Metcalf's Cancer Fund

Thank you to everyone who is taking the time to visit this page. Our father Reginald Metcalf has been diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer that has already spread to his Liver.  He was diagnosed on July 7th, 2017.
Dad had his first chemo treatment on July 13th, 2017 to try and stop the disease from spreading to other organs to prolong his life.  The oncologist has informed us as a family that his cancer is inoperable. Our father is a devoted husband to his wife of 47yrs, his 3 children Bob, Terri and Brad.  Also has one Granchild Gavin age 14 who is very important to him as he is his only Grandson.
Dad has always been an avid sports fan.  He has always been a Saskatchewan Roughrider fan as long as i can remember. He was lucky to have gone to the 101st Grey Cup game in Regina at Mosiac Stadium and watch his beloved team win the grey cup at home against the Hamilton Ti-cats. He  has always volunteered at Churchill Highschool in Thunder Bay where all us kids went. Stayed volunteering even after we graduated. He also enjoyed going to the Thunder Bay Border Cats  baseball, and the Thunder Bay Thunderwolves hockey games. He was a longtime umpire for kids, juniors and adults. He also volunteers with the Thunder Bay Autosports Club for ice racing.
We as a family are needing funds to get equipment and a power bed for him to make his life life easier while he is at home. Also cost of having us kids traveling back and from out of province, and taking time off work to help our mom care for dad, as she doesn't drive.
His wish is to be able to go to a game this summer in Regina at the new Mosiac Stadium one final time to watch the Riders play, also have his family join him. Which will be costly. He would also like to travel while he is healthy with his wife.
Please help us make things a little easier on our family during  this difficult time.
