Diana’s breast Cancer fight
Donation protected
On March 28th, 2018 i was told something that nobody expects to hear. Especially not a newly married 24 year old. “It’s breast Cancer”. The following days where a blurr. In and out of the hospital for tests, procedures and finally the first chemo. Each chemo has been a little bit harder than the last, and although i tried as hard as i could to continue working, my body could no longer support it, so i had to take a medical leave to fully recover and kick Cancer’s butt! Although my husband has been working day and night to be able to support all of our expenses, we have been running behind on living as well as medical expenses. This last chemo round, i wound up at the hospital for several days due to complications. I now have severe weakness in my legs, along with other complications. but i am recovering a little bit each day. I still have some ways to go before being fully recovered. With several tests, procedures, 3 surgeries (heart implant removal, double mastectomy, and reconstruction) still coming up, we ask for your help in this crazy fight. But with the strength from God we will get through this.
Thank you to all my friends and family for your love and support, and providing me the courage to speak very publicly about something so private. And thank you to those who take the time to read my story and want to help.
