As many of you are aware I am affected by Kidney Cancer and the out look isn’t promising.
Its my 50th birthday in a couple of weeks and I’m asking my lovely friends not to buy me presents as it seems inappropriate in the circumstances but to donate the money you would of spent to this charity page instead.
