Please help Korbin Baker

On February 26, 2019 our baby brother Korbin Baker was brutally attacked. He was stabbed eight times which included: his head, face, neck, hand, arm and chest puncturing his lung. The attacker then stabbed herself and claimed self defense.  Korbin was life flighted and placed on life support. Over one hundred stitches and staples were placed on his wound sites. A chest tube was placed to remove blood and drainage from his lung. After spending five days in the hospital he was discharged. He then found out that a warrant was placed for his arrest. Our family and friends were shocked to find out that he had been charged with two second degree felonies for aggravated assault. The police made no attempts to investigate his side of the story before charging him and placing him into custody. The jail has been negligent by not treating his medical needs and not allowing him the medical attention for his wounds. The judge has refused to lower his unreasonably high bail making it difficult for his family to bail him out. He is a victim. He is innocent. Our society forgets that men can be victims of domestic violence. Our brother deserves justice. Please help us raise money to pay for Korbin’s bail and medical expenses. Our family as well as Korbin are very grateful for any support he can get.
