Hi! Ultimatum Gym is looking for your help. We are reaching out to you all because we have decided to take it upon ourselves to give back.
We are hosting an in-house competition on November 30th to bring together members of our gym AND this year more specifically to raise money for our dear friend and loved one, Patty del Giudice. (All proceeds from the comp that day will be donated to this GoFundMe account.)
Patty, age 41, was suddenly diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer and other complications. Due to the severity of her situation, she has been in and out of the hospital dealing with her illness. She is STRONG and is extremely positive. She is a fighter and keeping her head high through this tough and extremely exhausting time in her life. But as we can all imagine, her situation is without a doubt heart breaking.
We decided that we wanted to help. Although she will most likely be beyond upset with us for going out and making such a fuss on her behalf, she has enough stress right now dealing with her illness that we want to alleviate some of the unneccessary worries and contribute towards expenses that may be piling up!
We are asking that all members and non-members alike (friends, family, or anyone who may understand the fight and wants to particpate) to donate.
Some local businesses expressed their desire to help out, so we're taking their generosity and giving it back to all of you to show our gratitude for your support. Each week we will offer a gift certificate from one of those companies who have donated to Patty's cause.
In the next 5 weeks leading up to our competition, we will have 5 weekly giveaways. For EVERY $10 donated you will receive ONE TICKET of entry towards the weekly prize. Please not, if you choose to donate anonymously (totally cool!!!) you will not be entered in the drawing. The winner will be announced every Sunday at 6pm Eastern time.
Ultimatum Gym is offering a 3 month Unlimited membership to the winner of the first giveaway. (Valued at $300 plus taxes) This starts immediately until Sunday, November 27th.
Remember everything counts! No donation is too small!
