Read David McCullough’s story! We need you!!
In June 2015, David found out that he had stage four appendix cancer. With this devastating news, David’s family, community, church, and many others banded together to show love, prayer, and support to help David fight this incredibly difficult battle. Though he has been given incredible strength from God alone, the reality of treatment was strenuous on David’s body, mind, and emotions.
He traveled to Washington D.C. for an extensive HIPEC procedure. Afterwards, he was cancer free for a year and a half.
On February 13, 2017 after a surgery that was supposed to be scar tissue removal, the McCullough family found out incredibly heartbreaking news. David's cancer had returned aggressively. The doctors at Vanderbilt informed the family that the cancer is untreatable. However, continued care is needed for David to live without suffering.
The McCullough family has hope, peace, and strength through Jesus Christ. However, medical costs for the care needed for David will be extensive. Please join us in blessing the McCullough family financially as they have blessed our community with love and support for many years!
