Gloria continues the ALS FIGHT

Gloria is in the 9th year of her monumental battle in the war that is ALS ( Amyotrophic Lateral Scherosis aka..Lou Gehrig's Disease). Gloria has a wonderful support system in her husband Don, her parents Pete and Yolanda and much more extended family which also include many long term friends and PALS & CALS. It goes without saying that this terrible disease has been taxing both physically and mentally but it has also hit the family hard financially with the ever expanding and consistant medical costs. I have set a goal of $100,000.00 but the harsh reality is the family needs to somehow bring in an extra $2000.00 a month to keep Gloria’s medical needs met. No one ever grows up thinking that something like ALS would be anything they would ever have to deal with but ALS doesn’t care anything about your sex, age, race or any other thing that defines you as a human being. It’s a universal killer and it has zero sympathy. It is devastating to watch someone you love be torn down by this disease and it’s ten times worse for the person living with ALS.
