Help me fight my terminal cancer

A little over two years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer.( Ironic that my name is Colin and my sign is cancer).  It had spread from my colon to my lymph nodes to my liver then lungs. was 43 when I was diagnosed. ( Yep, that's me with the full head of gray hair) I am a divorced father of three trying my best to keep a brave face for my children.

I have gone through 2 different types of chemotherapy infusions. The first worked the best, but left me with numb fingers and feet. The second set of infusions didn't do much, but make me feel really bad. I am now going to start a clinical trial in hopes of finding a long term solution.

I have tried my best to keep working throughout my chemotherapy, but after 2 years I am need of help. Paying for bills, missed work, and  most importantly travel and lodging expenses have depleted all my income and savings.  I will be traveling around 280 miles each way to the university which is conducting the trials. I will be spending around 2 days a week away from home. I have found out expenses add up very quickly and are much more that my paycheck.

I woul also like to take my children with me on a few of my visits. They know of my cancer and know I will be leaving them much, much sooner than  any one of would like. The city where I will be receiving treatment has many fun and exciting things for children to do. Even though I might not be feeling my best, I want them to  have fun knowing I love them very much, all of the time, no it's ands or buts.

I have tried my best to keep my cancer "low key". Most people didn't know what was going on until I lost my hair.  But I am now in need of help. Thank you for your time and donation.
