Medical machine

Hello family and friends I've been dealing with chrones disease for about 6 years now and I'm very sick I've just went through my 5th surgery. I'm in need of a wound vac machine to go home with so I can heal faster so I can be able to go back to work and get back to a normal life if anyone knows me I dont ask for much but I do need some help.  Anything would help I'm just trying to get back to my son thank you all for your prayers and support
