Michael’s Surgery

The time has come for our son Michael to have his pacemaker changed. Michael was diagnosed with a heart condition, subaortic membrane, at the age of 4 and had to have an open heart surgery.  Unfortunately his condition is reoccurring and he had to have a second surgery at the age of 6, during the second surgery, his nervous system in his heart was damaged and he had to have a pacemaker placed. Today his heart is 100% depended on it. This is why it’s critical to be prepared and ready for the next month or so when it’s time to have it changed. We are asking for help because we don’t have the financials we need to cover the out of pocket cost for his surgery. Insurance will cover some, however it’s not enough.
