Hello Everyone!
I’m reaching out to all of you for help to raise funds for my Mom’s hospitalization. My Mom was initially diagnosed with a simple urinary tract infection and an Increased blood sugar. However due to complications, she was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit at Medical Center of Imus. We have been advised that it is now a Congestive Heart Failure. We (me and my siblings) have raised quite an amount of money to pay for her daily hospital needs since she was admitted last march 25, 2019, however we need further financial help to sustain her medications & daily procedures being administered. Any help is greatly appreciated.
