Help Find a Cure for Pulmonary Fibrosis

As a person, (67 years young) who has Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) and has passed the 5 year mark,and a brother (62 years old) who passed away from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) in January of 2017, I’m going to be performing various fundraising events: hiking, golf marathon and different challenges to be determined, in honour of my brother and to raise money for Pulmonary Fibrosis research to find a cure and to raise awareness and educate people about this terrible lung disease.
PF is a lung disease which is incurable and affects an estimated 30,000 Canadians yearly with about 6.000 new cases each year in Canada. PF results in approximately 5,000 deaths in Canada each year, which is the same number of deaths per year as Breast Cancer, but nobody knows about it.
Some of the things I liked to do and can't anymore due to low oxygen levels due to progressive scarring.
