Ricky’s Recovery

On Wednesday, June 26th, 2019, Ricky, a building contractor, was on the job site with two of his men removing a large sheet of tempered glass.  In a freak accident, the glass blew and a large piece broke off. 
Ricky was hit in the side of the neck/face.
He severed his superficial facial artery and his jugular. He also cut his carotid artery down to the last layer. He was life flighted to Holmes regional Medical Center trauma unit where he underwent emergency surgery.
He made it through surgery and it will be a slow process to full recovery.
He owns his own small business and being self-employed, combined with no insurance will be an extremely difficult situation for him. He will be out of work for a minimum of six weeks, compounding an already difficult situation. Please donate and share. Anything helps!
