Vet bills for Lilly

This is my friends son and his dog Lilly. This is the message my friend posted and how I found out. On Facebook. Below is her post.


"This is my son Colby, holding his baby Lilly. Lilly was shot by a BART officer yesterday and is still in critical condition.

I don’t pretend to understand how this happened.

What I want you to know is that Lilly isn’t aggressive, she wasn’t off leash and Lilly is all that Colby holds dear in this world.

So when you listen to the news and you chalk up this tragedy to an irresponsible pet owner please know that is not the truth.

Seeing my son in this picture knowing how tragic this moment is for him and Lilly my heart is broken. The helplessness is overwhelming and I can only ask you all to say a prayer for Lilly."


 My friend has no clue I'm doing this. But vet bills will be beyond anything we have in any of our accounts. I hope Lilly pulls thru.
