Blessings,

May this update, find you in good health, joyous and filled with love.

UPDATE:  Name changed to Ronald's Recovery Fund

Since I started this campaign to try and raise funds to cover the tuition for this class described below.  The following has occurred.

I have not performed an Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy session in 10 months.  I have not been a corporate massage therapist since February 2014.  In August 2014, I had to take a job with one of the largest conventional grocery stores.  I had no other choice but to accept this.  In December, I decided to deliver pizzas in addition to being a checker at the grocery store.  Two days into my job with the pizza place, I slipped in the back of the store and fell and my patella (knee cap) dislocated 3 (three) times.  I fell to the floor in agonizing pain as my patella was completely lateral to my leg.  After I was able to compose myself my loving partner took me the E.R.  X-rays confirmed I fractured my patella.  MRI later confirmed. No surgery needed.  Doctor said if it goes out again, I will need surgery.  After an order from the M.D. to keep my right leg immobilized for 6 weeks.  I didn't follow orders and I was exercising my leg without the immobilizer early on.  Thank the Universe I did.  When I made it to PT my right knee had atrophied.  Six months on and my knee still feels funky.  I have opted out of harmful prescription drugs that of course would be covered by Workers Comp.  Instead as a NM Medical Cannabis Patient, I have access to Nature's to a substance that relieves inflammation and pain.  The cost of my medicine, being out of work and the injury have contributed to me being insolvent.

In the meantime, I returned to work as a checker in February.  In March I started developing tendinitis from the repetitive motion of checking groceries.  After I returned to work, customers started sharing that I looked miserable and angry.  I have been working with Julia Irish, Clinical Hypnotherapist, on and off since October 2011.  I decided to work with a CCHT after my Professional Care training with the Arvigo Institute.  Julia Irish can be found @ http://www.jirishhypnotherapy.com/.

After graduating with a Certificate in Home Health Aide from Santa Fe Community College with Institutional Honors, May 2015.  I made the Dean's List for the same semester in which I took 12.5 credit hours some of which went to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program @ San Juan College.

I have realized that I need healing no one else or I can give me.  So I am turning to plant psychedelic medicine.  I have never taken a psychedelics.  I have read they can heal beyond words.  My first experience will be all night of June 20 and Solstice morning.  I will be participating in a Native American Church ceremony.  Grandfather Peyote is the medicine I have been called to take.  A very Spiritual experience I have heard, heals the Heart, where all healing begins.

Thank you for your love, light and gratitude.  Paz y amor.  Namaste.  Shalom

Much love,
Ronnie (aka Ronald J. Swartz)

Blessings everyone,                                           03/26/2015

I was instrumental in bringing the Arvigo Spiritual Healing class for the first time to the Western United States.  Specifically, my home state of New Mexico.  This class will be held outside of Des Moines, NM.  In the northwestern corner of NM.  Talk about rural.  The perfect place to hold such a powerful class.

Over the last three years of trying to establish a massage therapy practice in Santa Fe and feeling like it's not working.  I had to take a job with Albertsons grocery store in August 2014.

I had decided last year to enroll in the Home Health Aide class at Santa Fe Community College, but because of lack of enrollment, the class was cancelled.  I enrolled in the program this spring.  I graduate in May.  I plan to work with hospice patients.  I am moving to Farmington in August to attend San Juan College and pursue a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, after I complete prerequisites.  After I move to the northwest corner of one of the largest states in the Union, in September 2015, I will hopefully drive to the northeast corner of NM.  I will be misssing classes at San Juan College to attend Introduction to Spiritual Healing, this is how much I would like to attend this class at the Mandala Center, outside of Des Moines, NM.  But I need your help.  I will be attending college using Pell Grants and student loans.  I am unable to afford this class.  After years of trying to let people know there was a Certified Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy practitioner in Santa Fe, NM.  And I have such a deep connection with the work of Rosita Arvigo, DN.  The Spiritual Healing classes are the piece to the puzzle I am missing.  I humbly ask for your assistance.  Namaste.

The following contains more information about my passion:

My name is Ronald J. Swartz.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New Mexico.  I was born and raised from Santa Fe, New Mexico.  When I entered into massage school in 2006, I came across an advertisement for the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®.  I decided to look into the work of Dr. Rosita Arvigo, Doctor of Naprapathy, herbalist, author and teacher.  I read Sastun and began to develop a deep connection to Dr. Arvigo's work.  I graduated for massage school in March 2007.  I took my first training in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® in June 2007.  I would not meet Dr. Arvigo until September 2011 when I attended Level 2 training, Professional Training.  While Dr. Arvigo didn't instruct this class, I felt a deep love for the work.  I was fortunate enough to attend Level 3, Certification Training, which was instructed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo in Belize.  This training was especially special because I experienced my first Maya primicia.  I felt even more drawn into wanting to learn more about Arvigo Spiritual Healing.  I have the opportunity to do Level 1, Intro. to Spiritual Healing in the USA and Level 2: Advanced Spiritual Healing in Belize of 2015.

Time is of the essence because I do not know how long Dr. Rosita Arvigo will be teaching Level 2: Advanced Spiritual Healing.  I feel a great need to complete my studies with Dr. Rosita Arvigo for she is the one who has changed my life the most.  Her abdominal techniques have changed me to my core.  I feel the spiritual healing teachings of Don Elijio Panti, the Maya shaman she spent many years side by side learning everything he knew.  The Arvigo Spiritual Healing workshops include teachings of Don Elijio Panti, along with Dr. Rosita Arvigo's approach to teaching his teachings in the most humble, loving and compassionate way.  I believe the Arvigo Spiritual Healing is the aspect that I need to learn and practice to become a well-rounded Arvigo practioner.

This is the reason I have decided to start a fundraising campaign to manifest my dream to continue my studies with Dr. Rosita Arvigo, D.N.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity, whether it be good thoughts or a donation.  Peace be with you.  Namaste.

Paz y amor,
