I have been helping the community locally and nationally in all aspects and now I am turning to you, the public and my friends for some assistance.
I need to have heart surgery the end of August and with no insurance or assistance I am in dire need. Without the surgery, i have 6 to 12 months to live. Having this surgery will allow me to live longer.
With your help in donating to help defray the costs of surgery and costs associated with it after it will be a great relief of stress on me. I understand that we are in rough times but it is those times that we band together and help others as much as we can. I beg of all of you to please help with the costs of this surgery.
