medical care for Truckee

2 years later my sons cat returns, because someone found a loved pet that desperately needed to find her home my son's cat has been returned to her owners but in the time she is in desperate need of medical attention, she's got so many fox tails that have dough their way into her skin and caused infections. She has also been through major trauma and that caused her to obtain a hernia. Where she has been? That's a good question.  It's a Miracle that she was even returned home and yet in one piece please help me get her the medical treatment she needs so my son can enjoy his cat once again.
