Help our cat get surgery

So a bit of backstory first. About a year ago my wife and I rescued two cats from the home of a hoarder. The first cat, bilbo, is happy and healthy.  His sister, however, has had some complications from the malnutrition and one of her eyes had burst and we have since had it removed. She has also had to have part of her tail removed because it was degloved at the tip. She has been the happiest and sweetest cat for quite awhile now but has recently started to refuse to eat and has lost a good amount of weight. We just left the vet and X-rays are saying she has something stuck in her stomach that will need surgery to remove, or she will die. Our poor cat has been through so much and is not even two years old. We have been able to handle all of the bills up until this point, but this surgery will put a lot of financial strain on our lives. We love the beautiful soul that is our wonderful cat padiddle. She has been the sweetest most loving cat that we have ever had the pleasure of caring for. I believe that she came to us for a reason and we will be taking care of our child and doing whatever it takes to get her healthy.  We already lost one member of our family this year, another one eyed incredible soul, so anything you can do to help us save the life of our girl. It feels weird to ask for help now after all that we have been able to do. Saving our boy red five years ago now off the side of the road and another cat, link, we saved off of the side of rt28 just a few weeks ago. We have never asked for or expected anything in return, we made sure those abandoned animals were taken care of and had many vet visits with them to make them healthy again, but we are the ones that owe them so much just because of the love they bring into our lives everyday, so again, it feels strange to ask for help now, but we wouldn’t if we didn’t think we needed too. We love our pets like they are our children and want nothing more than for them to lead full and happy lives.
